im 50 and been a musician and janitor all life . 2 years ago once in a while right arm problems . the last month very bad, i can not extend arm out over acoustic guitar without extreme pain in arm between shoulder and elbow . reaching behind in car or to get wallet to painfull to use right arm anymore so i use left . vacume left only . try to do most things lefty now . at night tough to sleep through . if flat, weight of arm makes shoulder ache . cant sleep on right side = bad arm . left some... Takes my cold away. I still have some sneezing and coughing, but it takes a lot of my symptoms away. The greatest downfall of the medication is that it taste horrible.

Severe Nerve pain following surgery to remove a benign tumor. At a very high dose, the pain is controlled, numbed which is a blessing. Side effects arent real good though. Dry Mouth is real bad, Drowsy and tired, loss of sexual function, mental fog, loss of memory, confusion, twitching muscle spasms. Have tried other meds, but this is the only one that has controlled the pain, and unfortunately that makes it worth it for now.

Its weird, I thought I was going to have these awful side effects mentioned often. The only side effect, and for 2 days was mild nausea. It was prescribed for add. I do have a history of depression and I am currently going through a lot of stress. It has not helped me to concentrate more and I feel just as tired as before.
